Introduction

OpenIRT is a fast rendering framework SDK which supports various algorithms like:

  • Whitted ray tracing

  • Path tracing

  • Photon mapping

  • T-ReX (http://sglab.kaist.ac.kr/T-ReX/)

  • Rasterization (currently, OpenGL based flat shading)

System Requirements

  • CUDA-capable GPU (compute capability must be 1.2 or higher)

  • Microsoft Windows, 64 bit (Linux will be supported soon)

  • NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit 3.0 or higher (5.5 is recommended)
